Our 20’ x 40’ frame tent rental provides 800 square feet of covered space and is an excellent choice for larger graduation parties, weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, backyard celebrations, and other outdoor gatherings.
The frame-style design provides a large, open interior without center poles, allowing plenty of flexibility for tables, chairs, food stations, décor, dance areas, and other event equipment. For a typical seated event, this tent can accommodate approximately 64–80 guests depending on the table arrangement and overall event layout. ETI’s own planning guide lists 80 guests for sit-down dinner seating, before allowing additional space for things such as aisles, dance floors, bars, or service areas.
