Dance Floor Rental Guidelines
To ensure a smooth setup and a great experience, please review the following guidelines before your event.
Setup Requirements

The dance floor must be installed on a flat, level surface such as concrete, asphalt, pavers, or a sturdy deck.

For outdoor events, the floor should be placed under a tent or covered area to protect it from rain and moisture.

The setup area must be cleared and accessible before delivery.

Please allow at least 20' x 20' of open space for safe installation and trim edging.
During the Event

No high heels with damaged tips, cleats, or sharp objects on the dance floor.

No liquids should be spilled directly onto the floor.

Avoid dragging chairs, tables, or heavy equipment across the surface.

The dance floor is for dancing only and should not be used for staging, heavy equipment, or cooking setups.
Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

Dance floors cannot be installed directly on grass, sand, or uneven ground unless proper subflooring is arranged.

If heavy rain is expected and the floor is not under a tent, setup may need to be postponed for safety.
Access for Delivery

Delivery location must have clear access for our crew to unload and transport flooring panels.

If the setup area is far from the unloading point, additional labor fees may apply.
